Trello is a tool that you can use to manage your work and projects. You can add lists and to each list you can add cards with to do items. A list can represent a stage like “To do”, “Design”, “Testing”. Each card can be suplemented with comments, attachment, team members and more. By dragging cards from one list to another you can easily track progress. It is a great tool to manage projects and to collaborate for teams who work remote. You can check progress and who is doing what or simply add a comment to a card with additional information for team members. But Trello is more that a project management tool or to do list. For example, people are also using it as a CRM tool because of it’s flexibility.
